A1 Personal Services Agency is a family-owned and operated home care provider serving Indiana communities since 2009. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized, and affordable care that empowers clients to live dignified, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.

We are a state-licensed, Medicaid-certified personal care agency staffed by compassionate professionals—including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Attendants. Every service is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients through thoughtful collaboration with their families.

Founded by Ms. Cheryl Williams, a licensed Health Facility Administrator with over 20 years of experience, A1 is built on a spiritual foundation and a deep commitment to community care. Ms. Michelle Williams, our Executive Director, brings over two decades of educational leadership and personally conducts every client intake to ensure meaningful relationships. Mr. Conry Williams, a Navy veteran, supports our team with a focus on quality and operational excellence.

We maintain a clean and safe home environment through dusting, mopping, laundry, dishwashing, and trash removal.

Shopping & Errands

With a signed waiver, our caregivers can grocery shop, run errands, and escort clients to medical appointments or outings.

Companionship

We provide meaningful social interaction conversation, games, and emotional support for those who simply need someone to talk to.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

We assist with essential tasks like eating, dressing, personal cleansing, communication, and maintaining a safe living space.
